基于精益理念的高職模具技能競賽訓練模式研究與實踐

摘要：為提高競賽訓練水平，將精益理念引入日常技能訓練中，通過對多年技能競賽的賽場現象綜合分析，提出了精益理念訓練模式。在該訓練模式下進行了技能競賽項目離散化、過程控制定時化、離散單元操作標準化和參賽選手情緒穩定化等4個方面研究與實踐，達到了預期效果。

Research and practice on training mode of die and mould skills competition in higher vocational education based on lean concept

Abstract: In order to improve the level of competition training, the lean concept was introduced into the daily skill training, and the lean concept training mode was proposed by the comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of skills competition for many years. In this training mode, four aspects of research and practice, such as the discretization of skill competition items, the timing of process control, the standardization of discrete unit operation and the emotional stabilization of competitors, had been carried out, and the expected results had been achieved.
