精密模具特種加工技術高職人才需求調研分析與對策

摘要：以京津冀區域的模具行業特種加工技術人才需求為背景，通過對行業發展趨勢、裝備制造企業的用人需求、崗位能力要求、用人層次、招聘人才及內部人才培養途徑等方面素材的收集和調研，分析企業工作崗位分布、現有崗位從業人員的現狀及其對知識、能力、素質的需求狀況，總結特種加工技術專業人才崗位技能要求與人才培養對策，為精密模具特種加工專業技術人才培養提供參考。

Investigation analysis and countermeasures of the demand for higher vocational talents in non-traditional machining of precision die & mould

Abstract: Taking the needs of non-traditional machining technology talents in die & mould industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the background, through the collection and investigation of materials on the development trend of the industry, the employment needs of equipment manufacturing companies, job capabilities, employment levels, ways to recruit talents, and internal talent training channels, the job distribution of the company, the current status of employees in existing positions and their demand for knowledge, ability and quality were analyzed, the skills requirements of special processing technology professionals and talent training strategies were summarized, which provided reference for talent training in non-traditional machining of pecision die & mould.
