基于MoldFlow雙色注射模設計的箱包手柄上蓋

摘要:針對某箱包雙色手柄上蓋的軟塑料外觀面產生的氣穴問題,運用MoldFlow軟件對其進行雙色注射成型模流分析,結果表明:因為澆口位置設計不合理導致困氣位置與熔接表面位置重疊,且位于型腔中部區域,氣體無法排除形成氣穴。根據模流分析結果改進澆口位置,改善了模具排氣,同時論述了模具的設計要點,模具采用旋轉型芯的兩板模結構,設計了二次推出機構。實際生產證明:修改后的模具工作穩定,成型的塑件外觀光滑,滿足客戶要求。

Design of two-colour injection mould for upper cover of bag handle based on MoldFlow

Abstract: Aiming at solving cavitation problem on the soft plastic surface of the upper cover of the two-color handle of a bag, the software Moldflow was used to analyze the mould flow of two-color injection moulding. The results showed that the trap gas position overlaped with the welding surface position due to the unreasonable design of the gate position, which was located in the middle area of the cavity, so cavitation formed because the gas could not be removed. The gate position and mould exhaust were improved by the results of mould flow analysis. At the same time, the key points of the mould design were discussed. The mould applied the structure of two plates with rotating core, and the secondary pushing mechanism was designed. The actual production had proved that the modified mould worked stably and the product appearance was smooth to meet customer requirements.
