5CrMnMo模具鋼銷盤磨損試驗及仿真驗證

摘要:為了研究5CrMnMo模具鋼高溫條件下的磨損因子變化情況,通過高溫摩擦磨損試驗測得不同溫度下5CrMnMo熱作模具鋼的磨損因子,并基于Archard磨損理論模型,利用有限元軟件DeForm建立了球形銷-盤試驗有限元模型,同時進行了磨損仿真預測,并將仿真結果與試驗結果進行比較。結果表明:兩者的磨損區域和磨損表面輪廓一致,說明仿真結果與試驗結果吻合,表明了基于Archard磨損模型建立的有限元模型適用于預測高溫條件下的球形銷-盤試驗過程中的滑動磨損。

Pin-on-disc wear test of 5CrMnMo die steel and the simulation verification

Abstract:In order to study the change of wear factor of 5CrMnMo die steel at the high temperature, the wear factor of 5CrMnMo hot working die steel at different temperatures were measured by high temperature friction and wear test. Based on Archard wear theory model, the finite element model of spherical pin-on-disk test was established by using finite element software Deform. The wear simulation and prediction were carried out, and the simulation results were compared with the test results. The results showed that the profile of wear area and wear surface of two models were consistent, indicating that the simulation results were consistent with the experimental results, and the finite element model based on Archard wear model was suitable for predicting sliding wear in the process of spherical pin-on-disk test under high temperature.
