汽車內飾件注射模設計

摘要：結合某汽車內飾扣板的結構特點，設計了簡化型三板注射模，模具采用點澆口+側澆口復合式澆注系統改善了熔體的充填性能，并設計了延時滑塊機構以防止塑件脫模時損傷側面。模具經生產驗證：成型塑件達到了設計要求，對同類塑件的成型具有一定的參考作用。

Design of injection mould for automotive interior parts

Abstract:Combined with the structural characteristics of the automotive interior pinch plate, the simplified three plate injection mould was designed. The gating system compound point gate+side gate was used to improve the filling performance. A delay slider mechanism was designed to prevent the side demoulding damage of the plastic part. After production, it was verified that the moulded plastic parts met the requirements.
