采用激光焊的行李箱外板上段沖壓工藝研究

摘要:行李箱外板上段與下段采用激光焊結構,對成形制件搭接邊的表面質量及尺寸精度要求較高,由于翻邊深度較深,翻邊時產生坑包波浪且回彈嚴重,針對翻邊后回彈及表面質量缺陷等問題,從制件結構及工藝設計兩方面進行優化,提高成形制件尺寸精度及面品質量,縮短模具調試、整改周期,降低整車制造成本,提高市場競爭力。

Research on stamping technology of upper section of trunk outer plate by laser welding

Abstract: The laser welding structure was adopted to connect the upper section and lower section of trunk outer plate. The surface quality on the edge of the forming parts lap and the dimension precision demand was higher. Due to the flanging depth was deep, the waves were generated when flanging, and the springback was serious. In order to solve the problem of the springback after flanging and the surface quality defects, from two aspects of product structure and process design to improve the sheet size accuracy and surface quality, and shorten the die debugging and rectification cycle.
