軋制差厚板在汽車零部件上的開發應用

摘要：以某車型頂蓋后橫梁下板為研究對象，結合AutoForm成形性分析，研究軋制差厚板的成形性及在汽車零部件上的應用，不僅減輕了車身的質量，而且在碰撞過程中，各零部件的受力更均勻，安全性能更高，應用前景廣闊。

Research on development and application of automobile parts with tailor-rolled blanks

Abstract: Taking the lower plate of the rear beam of the body roof as the research object, combining with the formability analysis of the AutoForm, it studied the influence of the formability of tailor-rolled blanks (TRB) and its application in automobile parts. It not only reduced the weight of car body, but also, the stress of each component was uniform in the collision process. The safety performance was higher, and the application prospect was broad.
