冷卻方式對H13鋼組織和性能的影響

摘要:通過洛氏硬度計、沖擊試驗機、萬能拉伸試驗機、金相顯微鏡、微動磨損試驗機和掃描電子顯微鏡等設備,研究了冷卻方式對H13鋼組織與性能的影響。結果表明,油冷試樣可以獲得細小的回火屈氏體+回火馬氏體組織,氣冷試樣可以獲得較粗大的回火屈氏體+回火馬氏體組織,爐冷試樣則獲得屈氏體組織,其中油冷試樣力學性能、耐磨性能和熱疲勞性能最好。

Effect of cooling method on microstructure and properties of H13 steel

Abstract: The effect of cooling method on the microstructure and properties of H13 steel was studied by means of rockwell hardness tester, impact tester, universal testing machine, metallurgical microscope, abrasion testing machine, and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the oil-cooled sample could obtain fine tempered torsitic and tempered martensite structure, the air-cooled sample could obtain coarse tempered torsitic and tempered martensite structure, and the furnace cooled sample could obtain torsitic structure, among which the oil-cooled sample had the best mechanical properties, wear resistance, and thermal fatigue properties.
