基于成型7系硬鋁合金的模具結構研究

摘要:結合7系硬鋁合金硬化機理,分析了其擠壓過程中易出現的縮孔和表面劃傷等缺陷以及堵模和模具報廢等問題,針對這些問題,從模具結構設計的角度研究了型材缺陷和擠壓過程中模具問題的形成原因,提出了相應模具結構的改進方法,解決了7系硬鋁合金擠壓過程中出現的型材缺陷問題。

Abstract: Combined with the hardening mechanism of 7 hard aluminum alloy, the defects such as shrinkage cavity, surface scratch, die blocking and die scraping that easy to appear in the extrusion process were analyzed. In view of these problems, the forming reasons of profile defects and die problems in the extrusion process were studied from the perspective of die structure design, and the corresponding improvement methods of die structure were put forward to solve the profile defects in the extrusion process of 7 duralumin alloy.
