保證翼子板燈角處棱線精度方案的研究

摘要:對機蓋與大燈交接位置的翼子板燈角棱線不順問題進行分析,基于板料材質性能從制件造型、工藝、結構設計,加工數據、調試過程各階段的主要參數進行研究,在工藝設計階段借助AutoForm軟件進行成形質量分析,預防回彈超差問題,以減少后期調試的整改時間。

Study on precision assurance scheme for edge line at angle of wing lamp

Abstract: The problem of irregular ridge of the wing panel lamp at the position connecting the headlight and the cover was analyzed, and the main parameters of debugging process were studied based on material performances of sheet metals, from the aspects of product modelling, craft, structure design, and processing data in different stages. The forming quality was analyzed by using AutoForm software at the process design stage, which was to prevent springback out-of-tolerance problem, and reduce the rectification time of the later debugging.
