基于DeForm的板條沖壓扭曲成形數值模擬

摘要:運用DeForm-3D軟件進行數值模擬,分析不同尺寸規格板條在扭曲成形過程中的損傷值、等效應力、等效應變、金屬流動速率及載荷-行程的影響規律。通過18組模擬數據表明,夾具與板條的夾持力(夾具與板條摩擦力)一定時,板厚t較薄,板條扭曲容易失穩;t較厚,不易失穩但易破裂。板條扭曲成形過程中金屬流動速率與板條寬度正相關,與板條厚度關系不大。板料變形區中間部分變厚,邊緣部分變薄,即板條扭曲變形邊緣會伸長,屬于伸長類變形;中心線附近會縮短,屬于壓縮類變形。

Numerical simulation of stamping distortion forming for strip based on DeForm

Abstract: The DeForm-3D software was used to numerical simulation, and it analyze the influence of damage value, equivalent stress, equivalent strain, metal flow rate and load-stroke in the distortion forming of strip with different size and specifications. Through 18 groups of simulation data, it showed that when the clamping force (friction force between clamp and batten) was a constant, the plate thickness was small, and the strip was easy to be unstable due to distortion. The plate thickness was large, the strip was easy to fracture. In the distortion forming, the metal flow rate was positively correlated with the width of the strip, it has little relation with the thickness of the strip. The middle of the sheet metal deformation zone became thick and the edge became thin. In another word, the edge of the strip distortion would be elongated, which belonged to elongation type deformation. The part near the center line would be shorten, which belonged to compression type deformation.
